Mr. Jetley is the CEO & MD of Urbana Health Pte. Ltd. which provides consulting, advisory and investment services in India and SE Asia.

He was the CFO, Managing Director & CEO of Max India Ltd., Head of Business Development at Parkway Health (now IHH Healthcare) and Senior Director – Healthcare & Country Manager at Avenue Capital Group.

Mr. Jetley has invested in and developed businesses in India, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and Brunei, China and the US. He is widely experienced in strategic and business planning, has conceptualized, developed, set up and led new business ventures and has worked closely with Promoter Groups and other Sponsors to enhance shareholder value and provide strategic exits, as required. 

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management (specialization in finance) and is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Management Accountants of India. He is also a qualified Company Secretary.
