Mr. Dadiseth has to his credit an illustrious career of 27 years at Hindustan Lever Ltd. between 1973 and 2000, during which term he served as the Chairman of the Board between 1996 and 2000. He was also associated with the Unilever Group as a Director between 2000 and 2005.

He serves as an independent director on the boards of Britannia Industries Ltd., Piramal Enterprises Ltd., Siemens Ltd., Godrej Properties Ltd., JM Financial Ltd., and JM Financial Services Ltd. Mr. Dadiseth is the Non–Executive Chairman of Omnicon India Marketing Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd.  He is a member of International Advisory Board of Fleishman-Hillard Inc., Indian Advisory Boards of PriceWaterhouse Coopers Pvt. Ltd., Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd., and India Infoline Group, and the Chairman of India Advisory Committee of the World Gold Council.

Mr. Dadiseth also served on the boards of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, ICICI Prudential Trust Ltd. until April 2016.

He has been closely associated with various industry, educational, management and medical bodies. Mr. Dadiseth is the Member of the Managing Committee of Breach Candy Hospital Trust and the B.D Petit Parsee General Hospital. He also serves as a Member of Governing Board of Indian School of Business.

He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.
