Shreyans joined JMFPE in Aug-22. He has over 4 years of financial services experience across private equity and investment banking.
Prior to JMFPE, he worked as a Manager in the Investment Banking Team at KNAV Corporate Finance. At KNAV, he was part of the core IB team where he worked on deals across sectors covering consumer, TMT and healthcare. He also assisted clients on transaction and strategic advisory engagements including financial diligence, transaction & ESOP structuring and business planning.
Shreyans is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mithibai College, Mumbai University. He has also cleared two levels of the CFA course (US).
